Shipping carrier
Shipping is provided via UPS Ground, FedEx, and USPS for domestic shipments. For international shipments, UPS & DHL is our preferred shipping carrier.
Shipping date
All in-stock items will ship out within 3 business days of purchase. For out-of-stock items, you will receive an emai about the following steps. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or on Holidays.
Shipping fee
Free shipping to contiguous US (5-8 business days), standard shipping costs 99USD (3-4 business days). Any of the US Territories including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, or APO and FPO military addresses will be charge 150USD.
Worldwide shipping takes 6-18 business days at 180USD for 0-10KG package, and 240USD for 10.1 and plus package.

Mutiple items and custom order
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages and dates. Custom products will require 4-6 weeks processing time accordingly. Please contact us before placing orders.
Duties, Taxes, and Fees
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling costs. Any applicable duties, taxes, or fees will be collected upon delivery by the carrier. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility as we only charge for the transportation cost of the package. You should check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
