Cancellation Policy
The order can be canceled for free within 12 hours after placing your order. Please note that once the order has been shipped out, it can no longer be canceled (subject to actual delivery time).
Return Policy
Items must be returned in new, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) within 30 days of it being delivered to you(W/ APPROVAL).
Please note that free gifts should be shipped out together with the original package.
Items returned will be fully refunded(excluding shipping, hassle free) when delivered via the original payment method when the item delivered to us. It can take the bank 7-10 days for your bank to settle the transaction and for it to show up in your account.
Return shipping is at buyer's expense unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc).
No returns beyond 30 days will be accepted. Any self-return without consent will be considered an invalid return and no refund will be made.
Please pack your items carefully and use shipping insurance. Iron Growl will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
